State Enterprise "BelGIE" performs activities in accordance with the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 1433 dated October 05, 2010, the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission No. 30 dated April 21, 2015.

PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING CONCLUSION (PERMITTING DOCUMENT)

Individuals need:

Provide a draft conclusion (permitting document)

Make a payment and provide its proof of payment
Provide a copy of your passport or other identity documen
Provide a copy of the permission/authorization/approval to the radio amateur (radio amateur license) (in the case of importation of the amateur and amateur satellite systems)

State Enterprise "BelGIE" performs activities in accordance with the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 1433 dated October 05, 2010, the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission No. 30 dated April 21, 2015.

	FEE
The fee is составляет 0.4 base value, i.e. 16.00 BYN for each type of radio communication systems and (or) HF equipment. Payment is made to the bank account of State Enterprise "BelGIE". Purpose of payment is for a conclusion on the import (permitting document) into the customs territory of the Customs Union of civilian radio communication systems and (or) HF equipment under conditions other than import. FEE

The fee is составляет 0.4 base value, i.e. 16.00 BYN for each type of radio communication systems and (or) HF equipment.

Payment is made to the bank account of State Enterprise "BelGIE".

	TERM OF ISSUING FOR CONCLUSION (PERMISSION DOCUMENT)
The term for issuing a conclusion (permitting document) is up to 15 days

	DOCUMENTS VALIDITY PERIOD
Validity period of conclusions (permitting document) for individuals is one month
