Sergey Borovskiy

Born in Grodno, Republic of Belarus, in 1986.

In 2007 he graduated from the Higher State College of Communications with a degree in “radio communication systems, radio broadcasting and television”, in 2010 – the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radio Electronics with a degree in “radio communication systems, radio broadcasting and television”, with honors, in 2011 he graduated from the master’s program of the Belarusian State University in computer science and radio electronics with a specialty in “devices and methods for converting images and sound”, in 2019 – from the Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus with a specialty in “public administration and law”.

In 2010, he worked as a technician in the construction department, an engineer in the project implementation department, closed joint-stock company “Information Technologies and Telecommunications”, Minsk.

He began his career at the state enterprise “BelGIE” in 2011, working in engineering positions at the radio monitoring center. Since 2016, he has been appointed head of the radio monitoring department (radio monitoring center) of the state enterprise BelGIE.

Manages the activities of the Republican Unitary Enterprise for Supervision of Telecommunications “BelGIE” on the basis of the Charter. Provides general management of the enterprise and handles issues of the State Commission on Radio Frequencies under the Security Council of the Republic of Belarus; Scientific and Technical Council of the Ministry of Communications and Information; economics and finance; accounting and reporting; personnel policy; legal support; the international cooperation; anti-corruption organization
