Andrei Silich

Born in Minsk, Republic of Belarus, in 1980.

In 2000 he graduated from Minsk Automechanical College with honors with a degree in maintenance of technological equipment and robotics in automated production, in 2005 - Belarusian National Technical University with a degree in automated electric drive and awarded degree bachelor of engineering, in 2021 – Belarusian State University with a degree in business administration.

He began his career in 2004 as the 1st category technician in Research republican unitary enterprise "Research Institute of Automation Tools" in Minsk. In 2005 he was transferred to the position of an engineer. In 2005, he was hired by the Republican unitary enterprise for supervision on telecommunications "BelGIE", where he worked as an engineer of various categories for automated production control systems, head of the maintenance sector and maintenance of automated control and communication tools, head of the IT department.

From 2012 to 2021, he worked as the chief engineer of the Republican unitary enterprise for supervision on telecommunications "BelGIE".

Since October 19, 2021, he is appointed as the Deputy Director of the Republican unitary enterprise for supervision on telecommunications “BelGIE”.

He organizes work and is responsible for a number of key activities of the enterprise, such as: technical equipment and modernization of the enterprise, operation and repair of used equipment and systems, investment activities, construction works, telecommunication networks connection, operation of vehicles, automation of technological processes, testing laboratory activities, metrological and documentary support of the enterprise, labor protection, the functioning of the quality management system, etc. Ensures the implementation of technical, economic and social measures aimed at the development of the enterprise.
